Seaward Lane Beach House is a brand new home built in the enclave called Town of Seaside between Mount Coolum and Marcoola. The home offers seven ensuited bedrooms and accommodates up to fourteen guests.The uniquely designed rooms ensure each guest has their own private space so no shared bathrooms. Beautiful Hampton style finishes, furniture, oak timber floors and central atrium create wonderful light filled rooms that overlook the park. An easy stroll to the beach, local cafes, parks and local shopping centre make this the perfect holiday home for a big family or group of friends.

Guests from around the world can spend days poolside sipping cocktails made in their own designer Bar, playing pool, dining at the gorgeous 10 seater dining table, or relaxing amongst the tree tops on the balcony sitting listening to the ocean. Children can enjoy all the outdoor activities together with the latest in gaming with Nintendo, Playstation and Netflix.

 

ACCOMMODATION

There are two levels to this home with a single entry but two separate access doors to the top floor and bottom floor of the home. This effectively is two complete homes on top of each other. They are a mirror of each other except that the top floor has an additional bedroom, bathroom, media room, games room and bar with a pool table. 
This unique floorplan creates an opportunity to be rented separately in the off peak seasons but gives large family group individual spaces whilst providing a single large home big enough for everyone to enjoy.

Both apartments share the same open plan design for the kitchen, dining room and lounge areas. Beautiful hand crafted oak dining tables on each level with seating for eight. The living spaces have comfy couches and there are big sliding doors to take you out to the covered decks. Both decks overlook the little park and there is an outdoor dining setting & BBQ on each deck.
The top floor apartment has the additional games/media room with pool table and bar. The pool is located on the ground floor and has a lovely big deck with direct access to the park.

LOCATION

Mount Coolum and Marcoola Beach is fast becoming one of the Sunshine Coast most popular destinations with its proximity to Coolum Beach and Noosa Heads it is also only 10 mins from the Maroochydore airport.
The white sandy surf beaches are uncrowded and offer great surf for the board riders of all levels, popular for fishing and the beach is pet friendly. 
For the golf enthusiast the popular Twin Waters and Mt Coolum Golf clubs are a short drive away from the house so pack the clubs. 
There are several local cafes within easy walking distance from the house and a short drive to the local shopping centre at Mount Coolum or Coolum Beach is 10 mins away.
