Established in 2012, Prestige Holiday Homes is a professional short-term rental management agency based on the Sunshine Coast and part of the Alloggio Group. We specialise in managing holiday rentals across the Sunshine Coast, offering guests a carefully selected range of quality accommodation in sought-after locations.

We offer a wide range of properties in great beachside areas and take pride in hosting and presenting our homes to guests from all over the world. Our holiday homes provide a comfortable home-away-from-home experience, with many located within easy walking distance of the beach, local shops and cafés.

For check-in, we offer a meet-and-greet service by appointment, with details confirmed after the booking process is completed.

Great location and great place to stay with a big group. The house worked well, we had 5 young families who all had their own space and the shared areas worked well for all the kids. Very short walk into town for coffees / food / IGA, playground and the beach! Lovely beachside town. Would stay again!
